If you are not completely satisfied with the size or fit of the jewelry you ordered, don't worry, we've got you covered!
- Safran Collection issues store credit*
- Exchanges must be claimed and shipped back within 15 days of reception
- Exchanges must be claimed in writing via email to email@example.com
- Once authorized, please mail back the jewelry in its original condition, using the original packaging
- The return mailing fees are to be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of packages being returned and kindly ask you to mail the jewelry using a tracking number
- Upon reception, the jewelry will be inspected and Safran Collection will contact you via email with your store credit*
- Each jewelry is carefully inspected before being shipped. Therefore, Safran Collection cannot accept jewelry that are not in their original condition, that were worn or damaged.
