Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the size or fit of the jewelry you ordered, don't worry, we've got you covered! 

Your online purchase can be exchanged for store credit*, as long as it suits the below conditions. 

The following steps apply:

  • Safran Collection issues store credit*
  • Returns must be claimed and shipped back 15 days after reception 
  • Returns must be claimed in writing via email to safrancollection.info@gmail.com 
  • Once authorized, please mail back the jewelry in its original condition, using the original packaging.
  • The return mailing fees are to be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of packages being returned and kindly ask you to mail the jewelry using a tracking number.
  • Upon reception, the jewelry will be inspected and we will contact you via email with your store credit.*
  • Each jewelry is carefully inspected before being shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept jewelry that are not in their original condition, that were worn or damaged.
*The store credit is applicable online and has no expiration date. Please note that original shipping fees are not refunded.
