Online Purchases Return & Exchange
Jewelry purchased online that meet our Return & Exchange Conditions can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the reception date. Ready to proceed? Simply follow these steps below.
Initiate a return
- Please ensure your item meets the Return & Exchange Conditions.
- Contact us via our Safran Contact Form with your return inquiry and associated order number.
- Sit back & relax; our team will get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order.
Mail back an online return to our Atelier
- Once authorized, please mail back the jewelry in its original condition, using the original packaging, at the address indicated to you via email.
- Upon reception by our Atelier, the jewelry will be inspected and the eGift Card will be sent to you via email.
- The return mailing fees are to be covered by the customer.
- We are not responsible for the loss of packages being returned, and therefore kindly ask you to mail the jewelry using a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Each jewelry is carefully inspected at our Atelier before being sent out to you. Therefore, to be eligible for a return, items must meet the below conditions.
- Items must not have been worn or altered.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- A valid order number must be associated.
What if my product does not meet these conditions?
Each jewelry goes through a meticulous quality control inspection before leaving our Atelier. Therefore, we cannot accept a return of an item that does not meet the above conditions.
