Our jewelry are shipped with care from our Montreal Atelier.
We provide different locations-based shipping methods to ensure the most timely delivery. Simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and your order will be soon on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We offer different shipping methods based on your location within Canada. All options combined, we offer free standard shipping within Canada for purchases over $200, excluding taxes.
Free Local Delivery
- Free of charge.
- Exclusive to the island of Montreal and other municipalities within a 13 km radius from our Atelier.
- Updates on delivery set times will be communicated to you by email.
- Delivered within 1-2 business days.
Canada Post Priority Mail
- Sent with tracking number.
- Orders above 200$: free delivery.
- Orders below 200$: flat-rate of 7$.
- Deliveries usually take within 3-5 business days, but longer delays might be experienced.
FedEx Priority Mail
- Sent with tracking number
- Flat-rate of 30$
- Deliveries usually take within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
Flat shipping rate of $21 to destinations in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Specific details apply to different locations.
United States
- Shipped with Canada Post.
- Sent with tracking number.
- Current delivery delays are estimated to take within 8-13 business days.

All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Safran Collection, nor are they included in the order total.

Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
Anything else to consider?
- Within Canada, no additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments.
- For International shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped from our Atelier, we'll make sure to keep you in the loop on its progress via the contact information you have provided at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking number. Please verify in your junk mail if you cannot locate the email, otherwise simply contact us.
- Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Redirecting An Order
Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. But hey, we're humans! In case of an incorrect shipping address, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible via email. We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched from our Atelier.
